Terms & Conditions
This is a legal agreement between you and RadUp (a brand of Res Publica Pte Ltd ) for your purchase of one or more courses.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with Singapore laws and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
A virtual classroom doesn’t need bricks, tables, chairs, computers, and all that. For a diagnostic imaging course in a virtual classroom, you need to use your own computer, preferably and if possible, with an additional screen, and have a stable and good internet connection – as referred to in the registration process. The rest is taken care of by RadUp. By registering for a virtual course, you acknowledge that for an optimal learning experience you meet the minimal technical requirements as included in he registration process.
Upon Check-out, fees need to be paid by credit card via Stripe, or by bank transferral via Wise. Discount codes need to be entered during the check-out process, and before actual payment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. RadUp cannot invoice for fees, or accept payments via installments.
Preparing, maintaining and running a virtual classroom brings along costs that need to be covered by course fees. In case Participants cancel a course, there might be costs involved, such as technical and administrative costs. Besides these costs there might be a financial loss in course-take up if a cancellation is made shortly before delivery of the course since this seat cannot be taken by somebody else. Colleagues need to ask for leave at least a few weeks before the course.
Therefore, bearing these considerations in mind the cancellation policy is as follow:
• Cancellations of more than 28 days before the training receive a 100% refund;
• Cancellations between 21 – 28 days before the training receive a 75% refund;
• Cancellations between 14 – 21 days before the training receive a 50% refund;
• Cancellations of less than 14 days before the training receive no refund.
In case you want to cancel a booking, simply go to your account and push the cancellation button. If you purchased the course by credit card, you will receive your refund via that same credit card. You should receive the refund between 5 – 10 working days. If you have paid via a transfer, you will be refunded on the same account. For the latter, we will ask you for additional information to transfer back the money.
In case you desire to substitute your place in a course, you need to notify RadUp via email firstname.lastname@example.org under the Subject: Course substitution. If RadUp is notified less than 28 days before the course its starting date, an admin fee of USD 25 will be charged.
If for any reason you want to transfer your booking to a next course that has sufficient availability, you need to send an email to email@example.com. The option to transfer only applies to you, and cannot be replaced with another person.
• If you notify RadUp via email at least 28 days before the course’s starting date, no admin fee will be charged;
• Transfers made 15-28 days prior to the course starting date will be charged at 20% of the course fee plus a USD 25 adin fee;
• Transfers made less than 14 days prior to the course will be charged at 40% of the course fee plus a USD 25 admin fee.
Note that you cannot transfer your place more than once, and that once you have transferred your booking you will not be entitled to a refund, nor your replacement.
If you fail to attend the course for which you were registered without giving prior notice to RadUp, no refund can be provided nor transferral can be made.
RadUp reserves the right to modify and /or cancel a course up to and including the day of the course in extreme circumstances. In case of cancellation of a course, the following applies:
• RadUp will try to reschedule the course and will inform you of the rescheduled dates;
• if RadUp is unable to reschedule the course you will be offered a free transfer to the next available course;
• if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date(s), you will receive a 100% refund of the fee;
• Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving your request either via credit card or bank transfer to the original payer.
The recording of course activities, and / or posting these to the internet without the specific written permission of RadUp is strictly prohibited.
On occasions, RadUp records (parts of) a course and / or takes screenshots, which may be used to promote our virtual courses, and / or as feedback to further improve courses.
