Terms & Conditions

This is a legal agreement between you and RadUp (a brand of Res Publica Pte Ltd ) for your purchase of one or more courses.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with Singapore laws and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

General

A virtual classroom doesn’t need bricks, tables, chairs, computers, and all that. For a diagnostic imaging course in a virtual classroom, you need to use your own computer, preferably and if possible, with an additional screen, and have a stable and good internet connection – as referred to in the registration process. The rest is taken care of by RadUp. By registering for a virtual course, you acknowledge that for an optimal learning experience you meet the minimal technical requirements as included in he registration process.

Payments

Upon Check-out, fees need to be paid by credit card via Stripe, or by bank transferral via Wise. Discount codes need to be entered during the check-out process, and before actual payment. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively. RadUp cannot invoice for fees, or accept payments via installments.

Cancellation policy

Preparing, maintaining and running a virtual classroom brings along costs that need to be covered by course fees. In case Participants cancel a course, there might be costs involved, such as technical and administrative costs. Besides these costs there might be a financial loss in course-take up if a cancellation is made shortly before delivery of the course since this seat cannot be taken by somebody else. Colleagues need to ask for leave at least a few weeks before the course.

Therefore, bearing these considerations in mind the cancellation policy is as follow:
• Cancellations of more than 28 days before the training receive a 100% refund;
• Cancellations between 21 – 28 days before the training receive a 75% refund;
• Cancellations between 14 – 21 days before the training receive a 50% refund;
• Cancellations of less than 14 days before the training receive no refund.

In case you want to cancel a booking, simply go to your account and push the cancellation button. If you purchased the course by credit card, you will receive your refund via that same credit card. You should receive the refund between 5 – 10 working days. If you have paid via a transfer, you will be refunded on the same account. For the latter, we will ask you for additional information to transfer back the money.
